Tire warranty is covered through the tire manufacturer. Tires which are defective can be brought back to Noah’s Tire Shop for inspection and sent to the manufacturer for further inspection. Customer should be aware that Noah’s Tire shop follows the tire manufacturers rules. Exclusions may include road hazard, snags, punctures, overinflation, underinflation, bruises, overload, wheel imbalance, improper suspension alignment, defective vehicle mechanical components(brakes, suspension, wheels, etc), accident, fire, chemical damage, racing, off-road use, run flat, improper installation, vandalism, or abuse.
Owners obligation:
At the time of purchase, the tire(s) must be properly installed, balanced, and air pressure set to the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications of original equipment size or at an air pressure adequate to carry the vehicle load if it is a different replacement size. At Least monthly, the owner must check the tire pressure with a gauge and inflate to recommended cold PSI level. Do not rely on car services to perform checks. Tires must be rotated at least every 6,000 miles or earlier if unequal wear is occurring and proof of compliance must be recorded on the warranty card. Owner must have tires rebalanced if vibration is experienced and alignment must be checked if unequal or rapid wear is occurring, or when scheduled by the vehicle maker.
